How do we have a posture of warmth and humility when it comes to communities like Central that are diverse? What does it look like to create spaces where we feel safe to speak and ask with a desire to learn? How do we engage with others as brothers and sisters in Christ? 

In "Established," our 5-Year Strategic Plan, Indicator #2 points toward a school culture that fosters an authentic community where all image-bearers of God -- students, parents, and staff - experience whole-person flourishing. To do this, we need each other! All Central parents are invited to join us on Monday, April 17 from 6:30-7:30pm as we dialogue about cultivating a community where we see, welcome, and value each other. We'll be led by Dan and Burnea Lester, SK parents. Dan is the Vice President of Field Culture and Inclusion at Clayco and Burnea is the Director of Communication and Community Relations with SITE Improvement Association. We hope you'll join us!
