  • How should I prepare?

    In order for you to best prepare to complete the application in one sitting (there is no "save" feature), be aware that the following two essay questions are part of the application process:
    1. Briefly describe your relationship with Christ.
    2. Tell us your strengths, and how you feel uniquely qualified to serve students at Central Christian School.
  • What are the steps?

    To be considered for employment, please submit this application, completed in full, and email your current resume to our Education Coordinator, Laura Drake. You will also be asked to complete a Background Check as a part of the application process.
  • When should I expect to hear from someone?

    While our normal hiring season begins in early spring, we review resumes and applications on a rolling basis and as such encourage you to submit a resume and application as soon as possible. The next step for top candidates is an interview. You can expect to be contacted within two weeks from the time we have received all of the required documents.
The School complies with the law regarding reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities. Applicants requiring reasonable accommodation in order to participate in the application process are requested to contact the hiring coordinator in order to arrange such accommodation.

If no, you may be required to provide an authorization to work.
The existence of a criminal conviction does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Convictions will only be considered in relation to specific job requirements. It is only necessary to include convictions which have not been expunged from the records.
