  • How should I prepare?

    In order for you to be able to complete the application in one sitting (there is no save feature), the following essay questions require an answer and it is recommended that you prepare your answers ahead of time:
    1. Please describe your relationship with Christ and how he is actively working in your life today.
    2. What does it mean to teach learning content from a Christian worldview?
    3. What is your philosophy of teaching and how do you recognize an effective teacher?
    4. How should we teach 21st-century learners, integrate technology, and guide students to be global citizens?
    5. Tell us your strengths and how you feel uniquely qualified to lead teachers at Central Christian School.

  • What are the steps?

    To be considered for the Director of Academics position, please submit this application, completed in full, and email your current resume to our Head of School, Christan Perona. You will also be asked to complete a Background Check as a part of the application process.

    The next step for top candidates is an interview. You can expect to be contacted within two weeks from the time we have received all of the required documents.
