  • How should I prepare?

    In order for you to be able to complete the application in one sitting (there is no save feature), the following essay questions require an answer and it is recommended that you prepare your answers ahead of time:
    1. Please describe your relationship with Christ and how he is actively working in your life today.
    2. What does it mean for you to teach content from a Christian perspective?
    3. Describe your philosophy of teaching.
    4. What are some of the biggest challenges facing educators today and what steps have you taken to overcome these challenges?
    5. Tell us your strengths and how you feel uniquely qualified to serve students at Central Christian School.
  • What are the steps?

    To be considered for employment, please submit this application, completed in full, and send your resume to Head of School, Mrs. Christan Perona.  You will also be asked to complete a Background Check as a part of the application process.

    The next step for top candidates is an interview. You can expect to be contacted within two weeks from the time we have received all of the required documents.
